Mount Baker
Welcome to 2351 29th Ave Seattle in beautiful Mt. Baker, Seattle.
This lovely Southeast Seattle neighborhood was first established in in 1907 and many of the homes and gardens reflect the architecture of those early days.
Throughout the neighborhoods, gardens abouTnd for the community to enjoy along with larger parks and green spaces such as Genesee park, and Sayres Park along the banks of Lake Washington where the Hydroplanes dock for boat races during Seafair.

It also provides a lovely walkway along the shores of Lake Washington.... 
... and is the home the of the Mt Baker Rowing Center

Mt. Baker also hosts some great restaurants including That's Amore! Italian Cafe, Emerald City Fish and Chips, Mioposto and more!
One of the anchors of the community is the 109 year old Franklin High School. Named to the Seattle Landmark Preservations list, it has been uprgraded and remodeled over the years to contnuing serving its communities students.
