Buyer Fatigue is when Buyers are so burned out from shopping for a home that they put their home search on pause. 

A late-stage symptom of buyer fatigue sometimes manifests in the ridiculous bidding wars that you hear about because the Buyer becomes so frustrated and just wants to get a house at any cost so that they can get their weekends back.
