These days some of us have more time than we know what to do with, while others of us are just looking for a way to carve out a little time for ourselves during the day. One of the ways I've found to do this is by checking out Class Central. There are so many courses online covering hundreds of topics, including some you may not have even thought of! I started a course through Yale a few weeks ago on The Science of Well-being and am really enjoying the process of no pressure, fun learning that fits my schedule. Some of the classes are geared to helping you learn new skills or enhance the skills you have, while others are just for the love of learning.
And the best part - NO GRADES, just fun and interesting topics. 500 free online courses offered by Ivy League universities online.
